By submitting this form, you are confirming your intent to participate as a Vendor at our Grant Me Success Networking Mixer at Mariposa Lounge.
You understand that after paying your Vendor Fees, your will receive a downloadable PDF with further Vendor Registration Instructions, which you must complete.
You agree to adhere to all event guidelines, set-up and breakdown times, and Vendor Fee requirements outlined by GMS (if your payment does not clear, you will lose your spot). Vendors are solely responsible for managing their own sales, payment processing, and inventory during the event. Vendor Fees are Non-refundable.
** Vendors with prepared food or beverage items not allowed. However, Vendors with packaged food items, such as: popcorn, candy, sauces, etc. are allowed.

Event Time: 5:00PM-7:00PM (VENDORS MUST STAY ENTIRE EVENT)
