Our CEO and Founder

​Janise Wiggins is a Social Entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience teaching non-profits and businesses how to develop highly effective community programs that put them in prime position to be successful.  She has assisted her nonprofit and government agency clients with obtaining more than $20 million in federal, state, local, and foundation grant funding!

Janise has written, reviewed and scored grants at local, state and federal levels.  Janise is also a recipient of the 2017 National Minority Quality Forum's 40 Under 40 in Healthcare Award, as well as the 2017 Health Advocate Award given by Community Partners for Better Health in sponsorship with Caesars Entertainment. In 2020, Janise also received the Community Angel Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners - Southern Nevada Chapter. 
Now she is sharing her knowledge of how to create successful grant proposals with you!


Janise holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work as well as a Master’s in Public Administration, and is now pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Affairs.  Janise’s service to her community includes experience in various state and county social service, health and correctional government agencies, as well several non-profit organizations.  For over 25 years, Janise has served as a federal grant reviewer for the Department of Labor, U.S. Treasury Department, Centers for Disease Control, Health Resources and Services Administration, Office of Community Services, and Administration for Children and Families.

Shiana Cole, Executive Assistant/Client Manager
In her current role as Executive Assistant and Client Manager, Shiana leverages over 20 years of experience and expertise in supporting C-level executives in nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has earned the reputation as an ambitious, resourceful, and well-rounded entrepreneurial-minded leader, to ensure executives can optimize their time and energy.

​Shiana coordinates with potential and existing Grant Me Success clients on various project management functions, and supports the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of Grant Me Success. 

​Shiana is also a community advocate, and is actively engaged with the California nonprofit, Sistas Making a Difference, and she serves as a member of the San Bernardino Juneteenth Celebration Committee.

Malena DiMaggio, Grant Writing Trainee
Malena graduated from Monmouth University with her
​Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Global and Community Practice. As a passionate advocate and dedicated writer for social change, the world of grant writing combines the perfect way to assist nonprofits, firms, and other organizations to reach their goals.


Previously, she worked with Nevada immigrant communities through grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy and testimony, and leadership development with a local nonprofit here in Vegas. And before that, Malena had the opportunity to co-write two policy statements and recommendations that were accepted by the United Nations Economic and Social Council for two UN Functional Commissions as a student representative for the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW). She also co-organized the 38th Annual Social Work Day at the UN Global Student Conference, an international and engaging event to activate and educate social work students on the Indigenous theme of Buen Vivir: Co-Building an Eco-Social World for people and the planet. ​

Cheval Breggins, Grant Writer
​Cheval Breggins graduated from Admiral King High School (Lorain, Ohio). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College (Oberlin, Ohio), double majoring in Psychology and Communication. He obtained a Master of Business Administration-Marketing degree from the University of Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ) and has completed all coursework toward a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Northcentral University.

Cheval Breggins has served as CEO for non-profits and associations, i.e., YouthBuild Toledo, Inc, The Michigan Association of Children’s Alliance, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint, The Mason Area United Way, The Michigan Psychological Association, The Florida Psychological Association, Pace Center for Girls Leon, and Good News Outreach. He has served as an in-seat and on-line marketing and leadership adjunct and visiting faculty member at colleges and universities in Michigan and Florida.
